Première rétrospective en France d'une centaine de peintures, dessins et photographies de l’une des plus grandes figures de l’art nord-américain du 20ème siècle.
Disparue à 98 ans, Georgia O’Keeffe (1887–1986) aura traversé l’essentiel des aventures esthétiques du siècle précédent : du modernisme des années 20 à la peinture abstraite «hard edge» dans les années 60, en passant par la recherche identitaire qui marque les États-Unis dans les années 30.
